September 21, 2018, 4-5pm – first hour of a two hour show featuring, , from a July 18th book launch and reading event held at Novel Idea Bookstore, you’ll hear Tim Wynne-Jones launching and reading from his latest Y/A novel, The Ruinous Sweep (Candlewick Press, 2018) and the Q&A that followed. Oscar Malan, store owner, emceed the event. Following that, from the July 15th reading in the Tamworth Book Shop reading series, you’ll hear a reading by Kirsteen MacLeod. That event emceed by Robert Wright, again store owner.

September 14, 2018, 5-6pm – second hour of a two hour show featuring, from Jeanette Lynes’ book launch for her latest novel, The Small Things That End the World (Coteau Books, 2018) on July 3rd at Novel Idea Bookstore, you’ll hear in addition to her reading that evening, readings by Elizabeth Greene, Jennifer Londry, and Bruce Kauffman.

September 14, 2018, 4-5pm – first hour of a two hour show featuring, from a June 28th remembrance celebration held at the Grad Club for former Kingston poet Allan Brown, you’ll hear the greeting that afternoon by Patrick Jamieson, literary executor of his estate, followed by an audio recording of a 2010 dvd of Allan’s readings shot near Lake Powell, and selected readings and discussion following it. Those in attendance in addition to Patrick that day were: Lisa Morriss-Andrews (organizer), David Andrews, Elizabeth Greene, Alan Clark, Eric Folsom, Bethmarie Michalska, Francesca Creet, Jahan, and Sylvia Topp. Following the airing of this event, I will spend about 15 minutes sharing a number of upcoming events in what is becoming a very busy fall lit season here.

September 7, 2018, 5-6pm – second hour of a two hour show featuring, from the last session of the last day, you’ll hear readings by Donna Langevin, and Paul Kelley. Following that, you’ll hear the first of the readings from the August 7th ‘and the journey continues’ open mic reading in that monthly series by Walter Lloyd, and then LJ Weisberg. I will also be spending several minutes at the end of the show to share information about soon to expire calls, and quickly approaching events.
