December 28, 2018, 4-5pm – first hour of a two hour show featuring, from a November 7th book launch reading event held at Novel Idea Bookstore, you’ll hear a talk by Sean M. Maloney as he launched his new book, Operation Kinetic: Stabilizing Kosovo. Following that from an October 16th launch again at Novel Idea, you’ll hear a reading by Sergio Sismondo as he launched his new book, Ghost Managed Medicine. The reading and talk will run slightly into the 2nd hour.

December 25, 2019 – 11am – 12pm – Second hour of a Special Christmas show featuring the conclusion of a 2 act adaptation as a dramatic reading of Charles Dickens ‘A Christmas Carole’ as performed by Peter Aston, Michelle Mallen, Donald Mitchell, William Mitchell, Adele Mitchell, Wendy Luella Perkins, and Charlie Walker. The remainder of this hour includes selected seasonal songs.

December 25, 2019 – 10-11am – First hour of a Special Christmas show featuring a 2 act adaptation as a dramatic reading of Charles Dickens ‘A Christmas Carole’ as performed by Peter Aston, Michelle Mallen, Donald Mitchell, William Mitchell, Adele Mitchell, Wendy Luella Perkins, and Charlie Walker. The 2nd act follows into the 2nd hour.

Following that, from a November 15th launch and reading event held again at Novel Idea, you’ll hear a reading by Carolyn Smart, and then a reading by Susan Gillis as she Kingston launched her new collection of poetry, ‘Yellow Cranes’.

December 14, 2018, 4-5pm – first hour of a two hour show featuring from a November 1st event at Novel Idea Bookstore, you’ll hear Sean Mallen reading from and launching his new book Falling for London. Following that, from a November 13th event called Feed Dog & Friends Kingston Launch, you’ll hear a welcome by Stuart Ross, then readings by Dale Tracy with her chapbook Celebration Machine, and Alice Burdick with her collection Deportment. Her reading will carry over several minutes into the 2nd hour.

December 7, 2018, 5-6pm – second hour of a two hour show featuring, following the conclusion of Don McKay’s lecture in ‘The Page Lecture’ for 2018, you’ll hear an October 18th book launch and reading event held at Novel Idea Bookstore, with readings by Heather Cadsby with her latest collection of poetry ‘standing in a flock of connections’, and Sandra Davies with her debut collection ‘giacometti’s girl’ that evening.

December 7, 2018, 4-5pm – first hour of a two hour show featuring from the October 23rd lecture in ‘The Page Lectures’ annual series featuring this year’s lecturer Don McKay, you’ll hear a welcome to the event by Phil Hall, then an introduction to Don delivered by Maureen Scott Harris, and then the lecture itself. It will run into the 2nd hour today.
